Eligibility:
- Homeless or near homeless individuals who can prove they are able
to be self-sufficient - Call for information
- Able to show that they can meet their expenses once they receive help
- Must have been a resident for the last 6 months in Franklin County
- Must be under 200% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines - Call for information

Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 4:30pm; Friday, 8:00am to
12:00pm

Helpful Tips:
Once a referral is received, a call, within (3) business working
days, will be placed directly to the individual to follow up on the
current information and determine if the individual meets the
eligibility for services. At that point, an intake appointment is
scheduled with the individual. Individuals will also be required to
complete an application for this program prior to the appointment
and several forms of documentation are required. This can be found
listed on the application that individuals will need to complete.
