Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP)

Eligibility: 1. Residents who are behind on their rent. Renters who are behind on their utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer, trash, or fuel oil or propane)
2. Impacted by COVID either directly or indirectly
3. Must be at 80% of Area Median Income or below
Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00am to 12:00pm; Tuesday and Thursday, 12:00pm to 4:00pm for Walk-Ins. Individuals will also be able to use a drop box out front if they only have access to a paper format for the application.

If unable to do so via the internet, call to receive an application. Individuals can also go through the PA Compass Portal as well to apply.
Intake Requirements: •Application and required documentation (last 30 days of income for everyone over 18, photo ID of applicant, and past due notice for rent and/or utilities)
•Landlord packet (landlord info form, W9, and letter stating how much is currently owed)
•Copy of your Lease
