South Central Community Action Programs - Adams - Homeless Services
Emergency family shelter and Rapid Rehousing Coordinator. This program only takes families with children. We provide emergency shelter while a family works to find safe affordable housing and case management. Typical stay is 14 to 30 days.

We also provide Rapid Rehousing Assistance to Homeless Families.

Eligibility: Those who are homeless, near homeless and/or living is a unsafe structure. Target population: Families with Children.
Hours: 24 hours a day. Intakes are done 4:00pm to 12:00am

Intake Procedure: Call for pre-screening or access through coordinated entry
Fee Amounts: Services are provided at no cost.

Languages Spoken: English but the organization has Spanish Speaking staff and we will work with all languages
