South Central Community Action Program - Franklin - Homeless Service
NOW ACCEPTING SMALL FAMILY REFERRALS, 4 OR LESS. Only referrals through HMIS by a Housing Specialist will be considered.

Provide temporary emergency shelter to small homeless families and individuals. Also provide short-term case management and referral services in order to aid participants in stabilizing their lives. Typical stay is 14 – 30 days.
We coordinate Rapid Rehousing services for homeless individuals and families.

Intake Procedure: Only referrals through HMIS by a Housing Specialist will be considered Intakes are conducted by the staff during office hours only. Pre applications may be completed anytime.
