SEAMAAC - Digital Navigation Services (Translation Services Available)
Our Digital Navigator program is designed to assist the local community members in Philadelphia, with information on Internet access and basic technical support issues.

SEAMAAC's Digital Navigators will provide assistance on the following:

low cost Internet or phone options
assistance with connecting to WIFI/wireless networks
learning how to use your smart phone as a hotspot wireless network
using your smartphone to access your email, calendar, or other apps
using a computer, tablet, or other devices
information on school registration, remote learning support, and other educational needs for your children.

Eligibility: SEAMACCS programs are focused on aiding recent immigrants and refugees
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 12:00pm - 4:00pm.

If residents call outside of these hours, they are encouraged to leave a message for a callback that they will receive in 1 to 2 business days.

Intake Procedure: Call the HelpLine during business hours to talk to a Digital Navigator.

Live chat translation is available in Spanish and interpreters are available for most languages on helpline calls. When leaving a message outside business hours, callers must include a request to be called back in their preferred language.
