Bell, MHS, Housing Supports - Community Hospital Integration Project Program (CHIPP)
  • This program, a partnership between York/Adams MH/IDD program, Wellspan Behavioral Health Services, TrueNorth Wellness, and Bell Socialization.

    • Provides supervised group home and apartment structured environments for adult mental health consumers who need to learn community living skills. Referrals need to be directed through the York/Adams County MH/IDD Case Management Unit.
