NOTE: as of March 17, 2020 Walk-in services will suspended to address COVD-19 concerns. There will be a note posted on our location door. Our services will be conducted via phone. Assessments and casemanagement will be conducted via phone.

  • Limited Rental Assistance
    . As of January 2020 there are limited funds for rental assistance on a case by case basis. Please, call to make an appointment.

    Eligibility: York County residents with head of household, 18 years or older who are in need of emergency and/or long-term housing
    Hours: Office hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm
    Will schedule additional appointments Monday through Friday, 4:30pm to 6:00pm

    For EMERGENCY SHELTER: After Hours (after 5pm Monday through Friday and Saturday and Sunday) Still call Bell Next Door program and you will be routed to the Shelter Program. There is an On-Call Case Manager Available.
