Provides assistance over the phone for older and disabled Pennsylvanians to apply for:

- PACE/PACENET (Rx assistance)
- LIS/Extra Help (SSA benefit for Medicare Part D)
- SNAP (food stamps)
- LIHEAP (heating assistance)
- Property Tax or Rent Rebate
- Mediaid
- Medicare Savings Program (MSP)
- Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP)

Counselors are available to discuss health insurance options and help understand the new health care law (Affordable Care Act).
