Eligibility: Adults (age 18 to 65) and resident of the City of Erie or Erie County for 12 consecutive months at the time of calling, whose Gross household income is at the federal poverty level.
Hours: Clinic: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Dental Office: Wednesday and Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm By appointment only.
