Standardized and coordinated assessment and referral service for everyone who is seeking services from the network of homeless services in Berks County.

Services include:
- Assist a household that cannot otherwise be diverted or prevented from homelessness connect with the shelter that best fits the household's needs and goals.
- Assist persons experiencing homelessness to be quickly re-housed and stabilized
- Case management/Follow-up

Intake Procedure: Call 211 or 855-567-5342 for pre-screening and referral Monday through Friday 7:00am to 5:00 or walk-in at 831 Walnut St, Reading, 8:00am to 2:00pm for an appointment.

If caller does not have a phone and will call call BCEH when they have access, they should leave a message for Tracy at ext 4.
