Suburban Transit Network - Medical Assistance Transportation Program
Provides transportation to non-emergency medical services for eligible medical assistance recipients. Curb to curb transportation is provided if rider cannot use public transit or does not have access to a private vehicle. Door to door and wheelchair lift-equipped service is provided if requested. Reimbursement for public transit or mileage also available.

Helpful Tips: To determine most efficient and least costly service, client may be required to undergo a Functional Mobility Assessment by a licensed physical or occupational therapist.

Individuals 65 years of age or older must also register for the Shared Ride Program to receive Medical Assistance Transportation services.
