Support Connections of Lebanon County
A program designed to help families and communities successfully address poverty. A long-term program in which a family seeking to improve their life is matched with a mentor in a support team. The matched support teams meet weekly to work on goals set by the program participants. Free meal and childcare for program participants during weekly meetings. The program meets Tuesday nights 5:30pm to 8:00pm at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Lebanon.
Eligibility: Lebanon county resident whose income is between 110% and 170% of the poverty guidelines, have stable housing, have a job, the desire to improve their financial and family situation. If person has any drug, alcohol, or mental health issues, they must be stable and under treatment for at least a year.
