Educational Improvement Tax Credit
The scholarship provides a high-quality preschool experience for income eligible 3 and 4-year-old children. This program is funded by local businesses tax credits through the State. Children participating in the EITC scholarship program can attend a high-quality Pre-K program at the Philipsburg Child Development Center or Discovery Child Development Center.
