Educational Improvement Tax Credit
Serves as a scholarship program for early care and education programs. Provides a preschool experience for children age 3 and age 4. Funded by local businesses tax credits through the State. Children participating may attend the Pre-K at Philipsburg Child Development Center or Discovery Child Development Center.
