The Program, It's About Change - York Office
We provide Housing Assistance, Family Reunification Services, Mentoring Services, and Workforce Development Services to individuals who are returning home from a State Correctional Institute. Re-entrants who are on State Parole are eligible for the above-mentioned services and receive referrals from their Parole Agents.
