Intake Procedure: Due to the COVID-19, Third Street Alliance will not accept referrals or walk-ins.

Evening and weekend referrals not available. No walk-ins accepted.
No direct referrals to the emergency shelter. Referrals must come from Housing Specialists.
Emergency shelter and transitional housing program provides shelter for homeless women and children. Women wishing to enter must make an intake appointment and will then be placed on the waiting list. Families initially accepted into shelter for 30 days, but can stay for up to 12 months if necessary. Residents may be provided with childcare.

Eligibility: Homeless women with or without children; Must be a Northampton County resident for at least 6 months and have a proper identification; Can house Lehigh County residents but preference is given to residents from Northampton; No income required upon admission but clients must be gainfully employed within 30 days of residency
