UCP of NEPA - Home Services
UCP of NEPA, in cooperation with the Pennsylvania Elks State Association,offers the Home Services Program that provides information, advocacy and referral services for children and adults with disabilities, and their families, in a seven-county area. This program provides a vital link to needed community services for individuals and families who may not otherwise be able to access them.
