Section 504 Home Repair Program
Provides loans to low-income homeowners to repair, improve, or modernize their homes or grants to elderly, low-income homeowners to remove health and safety hazards. Offers assistance to people with Lead Service Lines that need to be replaced.

Eligibility: Must own and occupy the home at the time of your application; Home must be located in a rural area or small town; Meets income guidelines; For Grants: must be at least 62 years of age and not able to repay a repair loan.
