Accessible Dental Services - Mobile Dental Unit
A mobile dental unit working on a rotating schedule to bring services to the most underserved areas of western Pennsylvania. The purpose of the mobile unit is to overcome some of the travel and logistical barriers regularly experienced by many individuals with disabilities seeking to receive dental services. Only non-sedation services are offered.

Intake Requirements: An enrollment packet must be completed for each patient who is receiving care from Accessible Dental Services. The packet gathers demographic information, insurance information, medical history information and the necessary consents. The packet can either be mailed or faxed.
Intake Procedure: Call, visit web site, or email to obtain an enrollment packet.
