United Way of Venango County - COVID-19 Financial Assistance
The Fund, a first-come, first-serve assistance program offers low-income individuals residing in Venango County a one-time grant. The grant may be used in areas including, but not limited to; housing, utilities, food, and financial responsibilities. Hardship must have occurred on, or after, March 1, 2020 and be due to COVID-19. Checks will be written and distributed directly to the affiliated party of the financial hardship. Food assistance will be paid out in the form of vouchers redeemable at Save-a-Lot in Franklin. There will be no exchange of funds between United Way and the applicant.
