Provides free mammograms and pap smears for low- to moderate-income women ages 40 - 64, who are uninsured or underinsured. Also provides information on other women's healthcare programs that are available to residents of Pennsylvania who meet certain income requirements.

Intake Requirements: Income eligibility to see if eligible for SelectPlan for Women. Private insurance welcome. Check to see if they meet state criteria (U.S. citizen, age 18-64, resident of PA, and contracepting).
