UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital - CACTIS Mobile Crisis Service - Children and Adolescents
Child and Adolescent Crisis Team Intervention Services (CACTIS) program provides rapid round-the-clock, mental health assessment, crisis stabilization, and intervention services for enrolled children and adolescents and their families living in Allegheny County. Trained mobile crisis counselors will travel to where you are anywhere in Allegheny County.

Intake Procedure: Call to enroll. When referral form is received and reviewed by CACTIS office, the child's family is notified and a home visit is scheduled.
