There are low-interest rehabilitation loans, below-interest mortgage programs, programs to stimulate both new construction and substantial rehabilitation, and programs to stimulate production of rental housing. (Center for Business Assistance 255-6551): Provides direct assistance to the Pittsburgh business, industrial, and real estate community through a one-stop source of information and assistance to aid businesses in expansion, development, and location.
