Valley Youth House - Adolescents Achieving Independence (AAI) Program - York
Provides Independent Living case management to young people ages 14-23 involved or formally involved with the Child Welfare system.
SERVICES INCLUDE:


•Life skills (individual/group training)

• Assistance in developing and completing and individual plan for independence and permanency


• Case Management Services provided


• For those youth who aged out of foster care at 18 or older and are not yet 24 years old we do offer some housing options, but they must be working to qualify.

Eligibility: Individuals 14 to 23 years of age involved or previously involved with York County Children & Youth Welfare System with a limited ability to serve those currently involved with Juvenile Probation, Mental Health services or deemed "at risk".
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
