Verizon Lifeline 135 Service
Provides a credit (the amount can change) on the monthly phone bill. You may have One touch-tone phone line with either Local Area Standard or Unlimited Usage Option, Lifeline toll restriction at no charge, call trace and reduced installation charges. You may have optional services such as call waiting, caller ID, home voice mail, etc., at current charges.
Eligibility: Income at or below 135% of federal poverty guidelines or receive General Asst, TANF or SSI. Call for other guidelines.
Hours: Monday through Sunday, 9:00am to 9:00pm
