Verizon - UTAP Telephone Assistance Program
UTAP helps Pennsylvania Lifeline customers pay their overdue bills on basic telephone service. To enroll in this program, you must have be an existing or approved Lifeline customer. You cannot have UTAP if you are a Lifeline 135 customer. This is a one-time program.
Eligibility: Income at or below 100% of U.S. Census Poverty Level or you must be on SSI, TANF or General Assistance.
