This program is for qualified low-income individuals. Provides a credit of up to $12.00 on monthly telephone bill for one telephone line. Client can have: -One Touch-Tone phone line with either Local Area -Standard Usage Option or Local Area Unlimited Usage -Lifeline Toll Restriction at no charge option -Call Trace is allowed at the current charge -Caller ID Blocking - Number Only per call blocking or Line Blocking -Reduced Installation charges Client cannot have: -Optional Services such as Call Waiting, Home Voice Mail, Caller ID, etc.
