Adult volunteers who are positive role models are paired. By being a friend, a Big Brother or Big Sister can make a difference in a child's life.

Eligibility: Volunteer mentors must:
  • be 18 years of age or older
  • make a committment to the program and their Little for a minimum of one or two hours a week for at least one year
Hours: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Wednesday 8:00 am - 12:30 pm

Intake Requirements: Adults wishing to mentor a child must have:
  • Criminal history and Child Line clearances
  • A home assessment
  • An in-depth interview
  • Additional orientation information
Intake Procedure: Parents should contact BBBS staff with basic information about themselves and their child.
Facility/ADA access: Entrance to building, restrooms, and within the building.
