Victim Services Center of Montgomery County (VSC) - Crime Victims Law Project
Crime Victims Law Project (CVLP) provides victims of sexual
violence, dating violence and stalking receive pro bono legal representation for matters including (but not limited to): Protection from Abuse Orders (PFAs), Child Custody/Visitation, Spousal Support/Alimony, Divorce, Landlord/Tenant issues, etc.

Eligibility: VSC serves all residents of Montgomery County regardless of age, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and gender or income level. Client must either be a resident of Montgomery County or the crime had to have occurred in Montgomery County. Victims do not have to report crime to law enforcement to receive services from VSC. Victims must be existing VSC client to be eligible for legal services.
