Victim Witness Program - Columbia County
Columbia County Victim/Witness Program is a free program to assists Adult and Juvenile Crime Victims with the rights and services to which they are entitled under the Pennsylvania Crime Victims Bill of Rights and the standards set forth by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency.
* PA State Automated Victim information notification.
* Victims registered with the OVA will receive a variety of notifications regarding the status of the inmate, including but not limited to the inmate’s consideration for pre-release into a community corrections center, vocational training programs, furloughs, parole consideration, and inmate escape and recapture.
* Restitution claims and Victim Compensation Assistance Program applications.
