Pittsburgh Street House Program
Designed to assist chronically homeless, mental health consumers in securing housing. Aims to provide low-cost housing to mental health consumers in Westmoreland County as well as assistance through Housing Supports. The PSH-PSH community living building has living space for 8 tenants.

Eligibility:
  • Be at least 18 years of age,
  • Have a mental health diagnosis,
  • Have four or more episodes of homelessness within the last years or have been continuously homeless for one year or longer,
  • Be able to perform daily living skills independently,
  • Pay monthly rent,
  • Be willing to meet the Housing Supports Case Manager on a regular basis.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
