Reduced Fare Transit Program
The Reduced Fare Transit Program enables persons with disabilities to ride a public bus for one-half of the regular fare.

Hours: Transit Center hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm and Sat 10:00am-4:30pm.

Westmoreland Transit service hours: Mon-Fri 4:30am-8:00pm and Sat 7:00am-6:30pm.

Intake Procedure: Call 724-834-9282 or visit www.gowcta.com for information/application.
Intake Requirements: This application must be completed by a health care provider for verification prior to its return to the Transit Center. Individuals who are under age 65 and possess a Medicare card will qualify for a Reduced Fare ID Card without the verification of a health care provider but must apply in person at the Transit Center in downtown Greensburg.
