  • Provides free classes & tutoring for adults in basic reading, to prepare for the High School Equivalency test (HSE), and to Learn English as a Second Language (ESL).

    • Classes in English as a Second Language (ESL) offered in both York and Hanover (call for time and location).
      Additional classes include: Citizenship Classes, Conversation Class, Pre Nurse Aide Classes, Direct Care Staff for Personal Care Homes

    • Next Step Program – helping students to prepare for a career, higher education, and workplace goals

    • HiSET Testing Location in York County

    • Home of BUCK A BOOK ® Reading Program held in York County Schools

    • Volunteers are always needed to be tutors; training is provided.

    • Workplace education programs-provides customized training to your employees in the areas of reading, writing, and ESL (fee for service).
