Intake Procedure: For BHRS/IBHS an initial psychological evaluation has to be done before starting services and individuals must have medical assistance. For Respite services a referral form must be completed, and a child must be enrolled in a PerformCare community based service i.e. (outpatient therapy, trauma therapy, BHRS/IBHS, play therapy, etc.) and have medical assistance. A child can not receive respite care services if they are in foster care.
