Emergency Rent and Utilities Coalition (ERUC) (ERAP)
The YWCA is a participating agency of the Emergency Rent and Utilities Coalition (ERUC) and is accepting applications for assistance from Montgomery County residents who meet the criteria listed below.

  • Household must be at or below 80% of Area Median Income at the time of application

Intake Procedure: Fill out the ERUC Application online. Submit it by email to Email if you have questions.

Paper applications available at office.
Intake Requirements:
  • Copy of lease. If you don’t have one, proof of consistent rental payments at that address (bank statements or utility bills with your name and rental address on it) or letter from landlord
  • Photo ID
  • Proof of income for all ADULTS in your household (pay stubs; disability, social security, unemployment income; child support; alimony; or any other source of current, active, consistent income)
  • Proof of financial hardship (rent/utility arrearages, eviction notice, etc.)
