The mission of ACCESS-York is to eliminate domestic violence in York County.
  • STILL WATERS - Emergency shelter for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking.

    • Option and supportive counseling
    • SUPPORT GROUPS: Tuesdays, 10:00am to 11:00am, Wednesdays 6:00pm to 7:30 pm. Call for locations

    • Community outreach/rural outreach

    • OUTREACH LOCATIONS: Community Progress Council - Red Lion; Mason-Dixon Community Services - Delta; New Hope Ministries - Dover; Red Land Community Center - Lewisberry; Red Lion Area Community Services; Southern Community Services - Shrewsbury.
    • Safe pet program-in collaboration with the York County SPCA, ACCESS-York and its Hanover program, Still Waters, are able to arrange short-term foster-care for pets when a family needs to seek refuge from the violence.
