Eligibility: Women who are pregnant, postpartum and/or breastfeeding women, infants and children up to 5 years at nutritional risk and whose income is at 185% (or less) of the poverty level
Hours: Monday, 10:00am to 6:00pm Tuesday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
