Co-Mans - Community Residential Rehabilitation and Supported Living
Co-Mans provides residential services in the form of Moderate-Care Community Residential Rehabilitation and Supported Living. The program is designed to provide persons over age 18 with serious mental illness the opportunity for recovery and increased independence in a home-like setting within the community. The primary goal of Co-Mans is to provide services and support by trained mental health professionals to assist residents in building skills of adult daily living and to gain greater independence, self-sufficiency, and self-confidence, as well as, to enhance overall recovery. Co-Mans emphasizes a structured day approach to promote maximum emotional growth and development. A portion of the program is dedicated to serving Transition Age Youth (aged 18-26).

Eligibility: Over 18 years of age, primary mental health diagnosis, does not require 24 hour nursing, medical, or other on-site supervision, does not have a history of fire setting, free of violent or severe socially deviant behavior, free of drug and alcohol use, exhibits a capacity and willingness for recovery in a monitored and supportive residential setting.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 6:00pm
Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, 10:00am to 1:00pm
