Allegheny County Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP)
Provides emergency financial relief to Allegheny County residents who meet criteria and have lost income or faced hardship due to COVID-19.
Eligibility: Household has at least one person who qualifies for unemployment, has lost income, or suffered financially due to COVID-19, at least one person who is at risk of experiencing homelessness if they don’t get help, a total income below 80% of the Area Median Income for Allegheny County

Applicants are eligible if they have been financially impacted by the pandemic, including provable loss of income or employment, COVID-related increases in expenses such as medical bills or care of a household member, or the inability to get back to work for those laid off prior to March 2020.
