Provides shared-ride transportation:
*to medical appointments
*to senior centers
*for senior center sponsored activities such as group grocery shopping, and other social activities

Eligibility: Age 60+

Specifically for medical trips:
  • Adults 60-64 years of age must receive approval through the Area Agency on Aging
  • Adults 65+ receive two round trips per month
  • Hours: Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
