Bucks County Housing group's Bridge/HOME Transitional Housing Programs provide housing and case management for families who are actively working with Bucks County Children and Youth Social Service Agency.

Intake Procedure: Families with an open Children and Youth case who are experiencing a housing crisis should speak with their Children and youth case worker for details. Clients have to get referred through Children and Youth.
If you are in a housing crisis and cannot get referred through Children and Youth, please call the Housing Link at 1-800-810-4434.
Fee Amounts: Based on income; Participants will be required to pay a portion of their rent, as well as utilities and other household expenses.
