Provides services such as Naloxone distribution, safe syringe disposal, linkage to HIV and HCV testing, and advocacy for people who use drugs.

Eligibility: Help is available to all persons in Allegheny County experiencing homelessness or otherwise unstably housed.
Hours: Weekdays, 8:00am - 4:00pm.
Some crisis and outreach services are delivered outside regular office hours.
