Federal Emergency Rental Assistance Program assists families struggling to make rental and utility (electric, water/sewer and trash, natural gas/propane/oil) payments.

Eligibility: * Must be a Lancaster County resident who is unable to pay due to a loss of income (loss of job or reduction in hours), loss of unemployment or other financial hardship related to Covid-19
* Must demonstrate a risk of experiencing homelessness or housing instability

Individuals who do not have access to a computer can call designated community locations near them to schedule an appointment for assistance.

The person(s) that has the obligation must apply, the other person(s) would be counted as part of the household.
