Offers a free and confidential helpline in partnership with the School District of Philadelphia as a resource for students and caregivers who feel isolated due to the coronavirus pandemic. Offers grief and loss support, emotional support, and counseling for COVID-19 related losses. Provides dedicated service hours for grieving Spanish speakers and LGBTQ2+ youth. Interpretation line supports over 150 different language needs.

General Clinicians: Monday through Thursday, 10:00am - 8:00pm
Spanish-Speaking Clinicians: Monday, 10:00am - 1:00pm;
LGBTQ2+ Clinicians: Wednesday, 4:00pm - 8:00pm; Thursday, 1:00pm - 4:00pm
Closed on Fridays and federal holidays.
