Medical Respite Care
Provides housing and services for individuals being discharged from hospital or emergency room care. Serves those in need of acute and post-acute medical care who are experiencing homelessness, unstably housed, or too ill or frail from a physical illness or injury and live in a shelter or their own homes, but are not sick enough to be in a hospital.
