** COVID-19 UPDATES** -As of June 30, 2020 - Our Hazleton and Bloomsburg clinics remain open for in-person STD Screening, testing, and treatment; HIV testing, labs, and treatment; and PrEP services by appointment only. Case managers continue to be available by phone, text and emails. For casemanagment services, please call Alision at 570-899-9626. For HIV/STD testing, please call 570-829-2700. If you currently receive PrEP services and need assistance, please contact Sean at 570-899-3536. Telemedicine services are still available for those who do not feel comfortable with in person visits.

Individuals who wish to obtain services must schedule an appointment by either visiting our online portal or calling 570-829-2700.

Patients who wish to enter the clinic will be instructed to wear masks and follow strict social distancing rules. Further, unless absolutely necessary, no individuals will be permitted to accompany the patient during the appointment in an effort to limit the number of individuals in the clinic.

Offer free and confidential HIV/HCV/STD tests. On-site testing is available to organizations serving those at highest risk for these infections. Please call to schedule an appointment.
