Provides housing and support services for young adults who have mental health concerns.
Service assists residents to connect with necessary resources that will enable them to achieve and maintain self sufficiency.

Eligibility: * Individuals must be age 18 to 26 years old.
* Individuals must be residents of Luzerne or Wyoming County.
* Individuals must be referred by Luzerne/Wyoming County MH/DS. If a potential individual is not specifically active with Luzerne/Wyoming County MH/DS, then the referral will need to be approved by Luzerne/Wyoming County MH/DS.
Hours: Agency hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
