Information and referral hotline to assist Butler County residents in resolving a home heating and energy crisis. Acts as a single point of contact for the many governmental, private and charitable funds that are available to address energy and related needs. Also provides weatherization and energy conservation information.

Helpful Tips: Weekends and evenings calls are received either by Crisis Services or via an electronic answering machine, with a 24 - 48 hour response-to-call return policy.
