Center for Community Resources - Drug and Alcohol Case Management
Case management to help individuals who struggle with substance abuse develop a sober and drug-free lifestyle, while working towards stability in housing, education, employment, transportation, child care, and healthcare. Services include: connecting individuals to treatment options; assisting with application processes such as Medical Assistance, Social Security, job applications and educational opportunities; legal advocacy; life skills coaching; referrals for transportation, childcare, food, clothing, and other basic needs.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

Intake Procedure: Walk in, call, or referral from a Drug & Alcohol treatment provider, Mental Health provider, social service agency.
Fee Amounts: Free. Individual must have Value Behavioral Health or County Funding.
Geographical Area: Butler county
Helpful Tips: If an individual has no insurance, they may contact the Butler County Drug & Alcohol Program at 724-284-5114 for further assessment. This service is not available for those with Private Insurance.
