Centro Hispano - Information & Referral Program
Bilingual bicultural staff assists and connects consumers with programs, benefits, and services that they may be eligible for such as state benefits through the PA Compass System, welfare benefits, public health insurance, etc. Due to their extensive network with local providers they are able to refer clients to where their clients are able to have their needs met. Provides referrals to social service agencies, advocacy, translation, notary services, etc. including referrals to Safe Berks if client fears for her/his life. Dedicated Personnel trained on domestic violence service support through Safe Berks.

Eligibility: All are welcome to the Centro Hispano to receive assistance and support regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation. Program eligibility requirements vary by program.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Closed for lunch from 12:00pm to 1:00pm

Helpful Tips: The more documenation you can provide us the more likely we will be able to find a program or service to support your needs. Examples of documentation include social security cards and forms of Identification if you have any. We can help consumers in English and in Spanish.
