Chartiers Center now provides tele-therapy. Treatment may include individual, group, family, and marital therapy for individuals needing help with either a short-term or long-term situation. For individuals experiencing increased difficulties, programs are designed to stabilize their symptoms and reduce the risk of hospitalization. Specializes in combining psychosocial rehabilitation and outpatient services to stabilize symptoms for individuals at risk of hospitalization. Provides specialized outpatient services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Call Intake Specialist to confirm we are open to new referals.

Wait List: Due to the pandemic and workforce issues we have had to close to new referrals periodically. Call to confirm current status and wait time for new referrals.
Facility/ADA access: Handicap parking is available in the lot behind the building. Please inform Intake Specialist of your need so arrangements can be made. There is a handicap accessible bathroom on the 1st floor.
